All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 6:00pm (UTC+12:00) will begin processing on the following Monday. Society NZ will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Customer Care
We do our best to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Society NZ, however occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If for whatever reason we are out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total and in your shipping confirmation.
To view the status of pending orders, while signed in to your account you can visit the order history page. You can see the status of each related order number by clicking on that order. Orders are itemized by numbers and date of order placement.
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once that order has been placed. We can, however, cancel your order completely to allow you to then place a new order for the correct product if the order has not been processed yet. To cancel an order please log into your account, in your purchase history click the cancel button, or please contact our customer service team directly with your request.
