All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00pm (UTC+12:00) will begin processing on the following Monday. Society NZ will contact you with a follow-up email if the item you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Please note: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. At this stage, you will need to follow the returns procedure.
We do our best to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Society NZ, however occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If for whatever reason we are out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total and in your shipping confirmation.
ORDER HISTORY AND STATUS
To view the status of pending orders, while signed in to your account you can visit your order history page. You can see the status of each related order number by clicking on that order. Orders are itemized by numbers and date of order placement.
CANCELLING OR MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once that order has been placed. We can however cancel your order completely to allow you to then place a new order for the correct product if the order has not been processed yet. To cancel an order please log in to your account, in your purchase history click the cancel button, or please contact our customer service team directly with your request.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, & American Express. Note, any cards issued which do not carry the logos of the aforementioned brands may not be accepted by our processing service, in which case it is recommended you use our PayPal as an alternative.
If you don’t have one already, create a PayPal account using any payment method from the growing list of options. Once you have your Paypal account set up, you can use our easy click PayPal feature to speed through your checkout. Alternatively you can use the Guest Checkout option in PayPal.
Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments, interest free. This option is available at checkout where you will be prompted to login or register with Laybuy.
