We’d love to see our beautiful NZ clothing go to good homes all around the world! Shipping is $30NZD on all orders. You will be asked to enter your location at checkout.

Duties & taxes – Please note we are not liable for any duties or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival into your selected location.
Note: The above delivery timeframes are once your order has been processed and dispatched by us. Generally allow 24hrs for order confirmation, processing and dispatch.
Items purchased from Society NZ are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns will take 3-10 business days to process upon being delivered back to our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Depending on different financial institutions, refunds can take several days to show in your account.
- Items must be returned within 30 days.
- Items must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Items must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Any item packed in a branded box must include the box returned in its original condition. Fees may be charged if items are returned in branded boxes that are damaged or not included.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
- Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.
